#136 Steve Symonds: Leadership, Team Culture and High Peforming Teams

Steve Symonds is a return guest to the show (previously Ep#40) and we discuss his new role as a High Performance Coach specialising in Team Performance, Leadership and Team Culture.  
Steve was previously the Senior Coach of Collingwood Fc AFLW team between 2019-2023, head coach in SANFL with Norwood Women's team and numerous other positions as coach for over 20 yers in state and local level football. We discuss who he views as a great leader, teams that he admires, team culture and how that relates to such things as list decisions, coaching specialisation and what the future may look like, identifying your strengths and weaknesses as a coach and how to do that and plenty more!
