Ted Richards is an All Australian defender and Premiership player with the mighty Sydney Swans. He played 261 games for Sydney and Essendon Football Clubs where his career in the AFL began. This episode, we discuss the contrast between when he was 20 and at Essendon struggling to keep his spot in the team to when he was 30 and achieved a premiership medallion. There is plenty of great insights into how he got best out of himself. We also discuss the great players he played with (Hird, Lloyd, Goodes, Franklin to name a few..) and how they went about their football that made them great.
