Paul Corrigan is the current Head Coach of the Geelong Falcons in the elite NAB U18 competition. Prior to this he spent 6 years as an AFL assistant coach at the Essendon Football Club. He began his coaching journey in the community leagues, most notably with South Barwon Fc where he was a playing coach. Paul also played at the elite level with 53 games at the mighty Geelong Football Club between 1997 and 2001. During this chat we discuss all thing elite junior talent and how to structure a program to get the best out of them, common coaching mistakes, myths and mistakes in training, a player who exceeded expectations in the AFL and how they did it and a heap more!
