Heath Black: Mental health and footy

Having gone through a number of mental health issues and incidents through his 192 games playing AFL football for St Kilda and Fremantle FC, Heath Black was diagnosed with Bipolar type 2 and adult ADHD type 6 in 2011. From that point on he has dedicated himself to helping others with mental illness and has become a beacon of light for many. Mental heath is at the forefront for the football community during difficult times, particularly when you don't have your footy club support like it has in been in years gone by due to Covid-19. I hope this episode with Heath can give you some tools, strategies and tips as a coach and player to help you through these tough times.
