Local Legend Series - Luke Morgan - How to be a player/coach successfully

Second episode of the local legend series brings us Luke Morgan who has recently been the player/coach at Wangaratta and Benella Football Clubs in Ovens & Murray Football league and Goulburn Valley football league respectively. Prior to these coaching roles, he played 3 seasons at the Northern Bullants in the VFL, and played in a couple grand finals during that time. He was also a co captain for the Murray Bushrangers and took part in the 07 GF in the elite U18 competition here in Victoria. This episode we dive into what it takes to be successful as a player coach, keys to having a successful community club, how to deal with a range of different individuals who make up your team, training plans, favourite drills and plenty more!
