#56 Jarrad Wright: Coaching and playing in the SANFL

Jarrad Wright is the current senior coach of the South Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL. He previously coached Woodville West Torrens reserves teams to back to back premierships in 2013/14 and has led a community level football club with Henley Sharks to a flag in 2017. As a player he was picked 35th in the 2001 national draft by the Brisbane Lions Football Club before playing in the SANFL with South Adelaide and Woodville West Torrens. During this chat we discuss his junior playing days and what led him to get drafted, Leigh Mathews and the culture at the Brisbane Lions in 2002/03, common coaching mistakes, coach he admires, myths and mistakes in training, a player who exceeded expectations and much more!
